Cancellation Policies

  • If you're experiencing any cold like symptoms ( i.e. sneezing, coughing, even allergies) please stay home.  We will be happy to reschedule your appointment.

  • Please do not bring extra people to your appointment if they are not receiving any services. 

  • Your stylist will wear a mask during your appointment if requested.  

  • Less is best when bringing items (i.e. handbags, etc) into the salon!

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Duo Salon would like to thank all of our clients for your continued support!

Due to the limited appointment availability, a 24hr cancellation notice is required. Consistent cancellations will result in half of your service total to be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.
