CANCELLATION POLICY

At Duo Salon, we strive to offer a seamless experience for all our clients and our talented stylists. To ensure we can accommodate everyone's needs, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  1. 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer that time to another client.

  2. Feeling Unwell? If you’re feeling under the weather, please let us know at least a day before your appointment. If you still choose to attend, we will take necessary precautions to prioritize the health and comfort of all clients and staff.

  3. Same-Day Cancellations: We understand that unexpected things can come up. However, please note that consistent same-day cancellations may result in a requirement to pay 50% of the total service cost before booking your next appointment.
